Membership, payments and cancellations

Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and TIME FOOTBALL ACADEMY LTD, company no. 17529209, registered in England and Wales, trading as Time Football Academy (TFA). Correspondence address: 10 William Street, Windsor, SL4 1BA.

Membership

• Membership covers weekly group sessions in your child’s age group (Fun Foundations 4–6, Building Skills 7–9, Developing Players 9–12 or Youth Development 12–16), coaching, monthly progress reports and playing kit, provided by the club with the support of our sponsors.
• Membership is rolling, month to month. There is no 12-month contract, including on the first-year joining offer.
• A place is confirmed only when TFA confirms it in writing. Sending the registration form does not confirm a place.

Prices

• Standard membership is £65 per child per month.
• First-year joining offer: a child whose membership starts between 1 January and 31 December 2027 pays £45 a month for their own first 12 months, then £65.
• Sibling discounts: 10% off the second child and 20% off the third, each on that child’s own price.
• A brother or sister’s membership doesn’t give a new child an offer that has already ended.
• One-to-one coaching (£45 an hour, pay as you go) is separate from membership. Sibling discounts don’t apply to it.

Free trial

Every child can try one group session free before joining. Please complete the registration form first, so we have an emergency contact and any medical details.

Payments

• Membership is paid by Direct Debit on the 1st of each month.
• You set up the Direct Debit through a secure link from our payment provider. We never ask for bank details by email, by phone or on this website.

Cancelling

Give 30 calendar days’ notice to info@timefootballacademy.co.uk.

Cooling-off: if you joined online, you can cancel within 14 days of joining. If your child has already attended paid sessions in that time, we may charge for those sessions.

Sessions, holidays and kit

• Optional events may have a separate charge, which we will explain before you decide. Taking part is voluntary.

Partner discounts

Members can show their TFA membership card for 10% off with our partner businesses. Partners may set their own conditions; for example, Va Pensiero’s discount applies to the total bill for tables of up to six.
